The families of Nativity Church are invited to take turns to host an encased chalice at home for a week each, beginning October 2009 to June 2010. The chalice will be presented to the host-family at the Sunset Mass, 5.30pm, to be brought home after mass. For one week, family members, neighbours, and friends are to be invited to pray the rosary for priests and vocations every day. The chalice should be brought back to church before the following Sunset Mass, and presented to the next host-family.
